The fire extinguishing system, which we use in kitchens is ANSUL R-102. ANSUL products are leaders on the effective fire protection market. The fire extinguishing system R-102 includes a flexible design with an extremely efficient liquid agent ANSULEX Low pH. ANSULEX quickly achieves a control on the flames and cools down the hot surfaces while creating a thick vapor cover to prevent re-ignition.

R-102 is available in two options: specific kitchen equipment addressing each appliance individually, and an overlapping option, where “fire-free zones” of a number of appliances are created.
